Two new features on the Customer Portal | Calendly and exportable product availability
The first feature is a new button on the Product Availability page so that a user can export all of the data into an Excel sheet. Customers have requested this feature for some time and should be delighted to see it. It allows them to easily upload product availability information into their own systems to streamline the planning and ordering process.
The second feature is a scheduling tool called Calendly that will help any customer request a meeting at a time that works with our Supply Chain Solutions team. The SCS team wants to be available to customers to hear their feedback or ideas so we can improve their business or logistics experience with us. The goal is to connect supply chain customers directly to our teams to share ideas about removing waste from the supply chain
