The Indirect Market Management (IMM) team is an evolution in Cook Medical’s approach to working in markets where we do not have direct sales teams, unifying support for distributors across our clinical divisions, MedSurg and Vascular.
IMM is organized internally into two key areas:
- Business team (focus on supporting relationships with our distributors)
- Operations team (focus on supporting the business team)
For distributors, Indirect Business Managers serve as key points of contact for questions and support.
